Gizlilik ve Çerez Politikası
Bu politika, cpmistanbul.com'u ziyaret ettiğinizde hangi bilgilerin işlendiğini ve tarayıcınızda nelerin saklandığını sade bir dille anlatır. Site, CPM İSTANBUL PROD PAZ REK TUR VE HALKLA İLİŞ. TİC AŞ ("CPMistanbul") tarafından işletilir. Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin ayrıntılı bilgi ve haklarınız için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'ni inceleyebilirsiniz.
Kısaca
- Sitede reklam veya sosyal medya takip aracı kullanılmaz. Ziyaretler, çerez kullanmayan ve kendi sunucumuzda çalışan bir araçla anonim olarak sayılır.
- Site kendi çerezini yerleştirmez. Tarayıcınızda yalnızca çerez tercihiniz ve oturum boyunca geçerli, kişisel veri içermeyen iki küçük işaret saklanır.
- Yazı tipleri ve tüm kodlar kendi sunucumuzdan yüklenir. Google Fonts veya harici bir içerik dağıtım ağı (CDN) kullanılmaz.
- Kişisel veriler iletişim formunu gönderdiğinizde, güvenlik amacıyla tutulan sunucu kayıtlarında ve ziyaret istatistikleri oluşturulurken işlenir. IP adresinizin tamamı hiçbir yerde saklanmaz.
- YouTube videoları yalnızca siz oynatmak için tıkladığınızda yüklenir.
İletişim formu
İletişim sayfasındaki formu gönderdiğinizde adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınız ile isteğe bağlı olarak şirketiniz, ilgilendiğiniz konular ve öngördüğünüz tarih bize iletilir. Bu bilgileri yalnızca talebinizi yanıtlamak ve talebiniz bir projeye dönüşürse teklif hazırlamak için kullanırız.
Gönderiler, kurumsal e-posta hizmetimiz Google Workspace aracılığıyla info@cpmistanbul.com adresine ulaşır ve talebinizi yanıtlamak için gerektiği sürece saklanır. Ayrıntılar KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde yer alır.
Sunucu kayıtları
Site, Almanya'da Hetzner Online GmbH tarafından işletilen bir sunucuda barındırılır. Sunucu, güvenlik amacıyla her bağlantıda erişim zamanını, yapılan isteği ve IP adresinin kısaltılmış halini kaydeder; IP adresinin tamamı kayıtlara yazılmaz. Bu kayıtlar 30 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir. İstenmeyen gönderileri önlemek için IP adresi ayrıca kısa bir süre yalnızca çalışma belleğinde tutulur ve kaydedilmez. Yurt dışına aktarıma ilişkin bilgiler KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde yer alır.
Ziyaret istatistikleri
Sitenin nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak için ziyaretleri Umami ile sayarız. Umami kendi sunucumuzda çalışır ve veriler başka bir şirketle paylaşılmaz. Çerez kullanmaz, tarayıcınızda da herhangi bir bilgi saklamaz.
Bir sayfayı açtığınızda şu bilgiler kaydedilir: açtığınız sayfanın adresi, sizi siteye yönlendiren sayfa, tarayıcınızın ve işletim sisteminizin türü, cihaz türü, ekran boyutu, dil ayarınız, sayfanın ne kadar hızlı yüklendiği ve IP adresinizden çıkarılan ülke ve şehir bilgisi. Ayrıca bir proje videosunu oynatmanız, iletişim sayfasını açan bir düğmeye, e-posta adresimize ya da sosyal medya bağlantılarımıza tıklamanız, iletişim formunu göndermeniz ve bir Journal yazısını sonuna kadar okumanız gibi işlemler de sayılır. Bu kayıtlarda formun içeriği yer almaz; iletişim formu için yalnızca seçtiğiniz konular sayılır. IP adresiniz kaydedilmez. Aynı ziyaretteki sayfa görüntülemelerini birbirine bağlamak için, kim olduğunuzu ortaya koymayan geçici bir ziyaret kimliği oluşturulur.
Tarayıcınız izlenmeme isteği (Do Not Track) gönderiyorsa ya da çerez bildiriminde Analitik seçeneğini kapatırsanız ziyaretiniz sayılmaz. Ziyaret istatistikleri 2 yıl sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
Çerezler ve tarayıcı depolama
Çerezler ve benzeri teknolojiler, bir sitenin tarayıcınızda küçük bilgiler saklamasını sağlar. Sitemiz kendi çerezini kullanmaz; bunun yerine tarayıcınızın depolama alanında (localStorage ve sessionStorage) üç kayıt tutar. Bu kayıtlar yalnızca cihazınızda kalır ve sunucumuza gönderilmez.

Kategoriler
Zorunlu: Sitenin çalışması ve sizin açıkça yaptığınız seçimlerin hatırlanması için gereklidir. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'nun Çerez Uygulamaları Hakkında Rehberi'ne göre, sitenin temel işlevleri için zorunlu olan ve kullanıcının açıkça yaptığı bir seçimi (örneğin çerez tercihini) hatırlayan kayıtlar için açık rıza gerekmez. Bu nedenle bu kategori her zaman açıktır.
Analitik: Ziyaret istatistiklerini kapsar. Kullandığımız araç çerez kullanmadığı ve tarayıcınızda bilgi saklamadığı için bu kategori varsayılan olarak açıktır. Çerez bildiriminde "Reddet"i seçerek ya da Analitik seçeneğini kapatarak ziyaretlerinizin sayılmasını istediğiniz zaman durdurabilirsiniz.

Tercihinizi nasıl değiştirirsiniz
Her sayfanın altındaki Çerez tercihleri düğmesiyle çerez bildirimini yeniden açabilir ve seçiminizi istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. Verdiğiniz izni geri almak, vermek kadar kolaydır. Tarayıcınızın ayarlarından bu siteye ait verileri silerek tüm kayıtları da kaldırabilirsiniz; bu durumda çerez bildirimi yeniden gösterilir.
Yazı tipleri
Sitede kullanılan yazı tipleri kendi sunucumuzdan yüklenir. Sayfaları açtığınızda Google Fonts'a veya başka bir yazı tipi servisine istek gönderilmez; dolayısıyla IP adresiniz bu servislerle paylaşılmaz.
Üçüncü taraf siteler ve içerikler
Proje videolarımız YouTube'da yayımlanır. Ana sayfada bir projeye tıklayıp videoyu açtığınızda oynatıcı youtube-nocookie.com adresinden yüklenir; siz tıklamadıkça YouTube'a hiçbir istek gönderilmez. Video yüklendikten sonra Google kendi çerezlerini yerleştirebilir ve Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında veri toplayabilir. Bu işlemlerden Google sorumludur.
Sitede Instagram, LinkedIn, Vimeo ve YouTube'a bağlantılar bulunur. Bu bağlantılara tıkladığınızda ilgili platformun kendi gizlilik ve çerez politikaları geçerli olur. Bu sitelerin içeriğinden ve veri uygulamalarından CPMistanbul sorumlu değildir.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı sitede yapılan değişikliklere göre güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve son güncelleme tarihi sayfanın başında yer alır. İzninize bağlı yeni bir uygulama (örneğin analitik) eklenirse, bu uygulama ancak siz izin verdikten sonra çalışır.

This policy explains in plain terms what information is processed when you visit cpmistanbul.com and what is stored in your browser. The site is operated by CPM İSTANBUL PROD PAZ REK TUR VE HALKLA İLİŞ. TİC AŞ ("CPMistanbul"). In short
- The site uses no advertising or social media tracking tools. Visits are counted anonymously with a cookieless tool that runs on our own server.
- The site sets no cookies of its own. Only your cookie preference and two small markers that last for the session and hold no personal data are stored in your browser.
- Fonts and all code are served from our own server. No Google Fonts and no external content delivery network (CDN).
- Personal data is processed when you submit the contact form, in server logs kept for security, and while visit statistics are compiled. Your full IP address is not stored anywhere.
- YouTube videos load only when you click to play them.
Contact form
When you submit the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, topics of interest and expected date. We use this information only to answer your inquiry and, if it becomes a project, to prepare an offer.
Submissions reach info@cpmistanbul.com through our business email service, Google Workspace, and are kept for as long as needed to answer your inquiry. See the KVKK Notice for details.
Server logs
The site is hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. For security, the server records the time of access, the request made and a shortened form of the IP address on each connection; the full IP address is not written to the logs. These logs are deleted automatically after 30 days. To prevent spam, the IP address is also held briefly in working memory only and is not stored. Information on international transfers is in the KVKK Notice.
Visit statistics
To understand how the site is used, we count visits with Umami. Umami runs on our own server, and the data is not shared with any other company. It uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
When you open a page, the following is recorded: the address of the page, the page that referred you, your browser and operating system type, device type, screen size, language setting, how fast the page loaded, and the country and city derived from your IP address. Actions such as playing a project video, clicking a button that opens the contact page, our email address or our social media links, sending the contact form and reading a Journal post to the end are counted too. These records never include what you write in the form; for the contact form only the topics you chose are counted. Your IP address is not stored. To link the page views of a single visit, a temporary visit identifier is created that does not reveal who you are.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track request, or you switch Analytics off in the cookie notice, your visit is not counted. Visit statistics are deleted automatically after 2 years.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies and similar technologies let a website store small pieces of information in your browser. Our site does not use cookies of its own; instead it keeps three entries in your browser's storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). These entries stay on your device and are not sent to our server.

Categories
Necessary: Needed for the site to work and to remember choices you have actively made. Under the Personal Data Protection Authority's Guide on Cookie Practices, entries that are essential to a site's basic functions and that remember a choice the user has expressly made (such as your cookie choice) do not require explicit consent. This category is therefore always on.
Analytics: Covers visit statistics. Because the tool we use sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, this category is on by default. You can stop your visits being counted at any time by choosing "Reject" in the cookie notice or switching Analytics off.
The cookie notice presents "Accept" and "Reject" with equal weight.
How to change your choice
Use the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page to reopen the cookie notice and change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. You can also remove all entries by clearing this site's data in your browser settings; the cookie notice will then appear again.
Fonts
The fonts used on the site are served from our own server. Opening our pages sends no request to Google Fonts or any other font service, so your IP address is not shared with them.
Third-party sites and content
Our project videos are published on YouTube. When you click a project on the home page and open its video, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com; nothing is requested from YouTube until you click. Once the video loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect data under the Google Privacy Policy. Google is responsible for that processing.
The site links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Vimeo and YouTube. When you follow these links, the privacy and cookie policies of the relevant platform apply. CPMistanbul is not responsible for the content or data practices of those sites.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The current version is always published on this page, with the last updated date at the top. If a new feature that depends on your consent (such as analytics) is added, it will run only after you allow it.
