Kullanım Koşulları
cpmistanbul.com internet sitesi ("Site"), CPM İSTANBUL PROD PAZ REK TUR VE HALKLA İLİŞ. TİC AŞ ("CPMistanbul") tarafından işletilir. Bu koşullar, Site'yi kullanımınıza ilişkin kuralları belirler.
Koşulların kabulü
Site'yi ziyaret ederek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Site'yi kullanmayın.
İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet hakları
Site'deki metinler, proje görselleri, fotoğraflar, videolar, tasarım, logo ve diğer tüm içerikler CPMistanbul'a ya da ilgili müşterilerine ve hak sahiplerine aittir. Bu içerikler başta 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu ve 6769 sayılı Sınai Mülkiyet Kanunu olmak üzere ilgili mevzuatla korunur.
Site'de adı veya logosu yer alan İş Bankası, adidas, Victoria's Secret, Red Bull gibi markalar sahiplerine aittir. Bu markalar yalnızca CPMistanbul'un gerçekleştirdiği işlere referans olarak gösterilir.
Site'deki içerikler, CPMistanbul'un ve gerektiğinde ilgili hak sahibinin yazılı izni olmadan kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, değiştirilemez, dağıtılamaz, yayımlanamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz. İçerik kullanımına ilişkin talepleriniz için info@cpmistanbul.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
Site'nin kullanımı
Site'yi yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla ve bu koşullara uygun şekilde kullanabilirsiniz. Özellikle aşağıdaki davranışlar yasaktır:
- Site'nin veya sunucunun işleyişini bozacak, aşırı yük bindirecek ya da güvenliğini tehlikeye atacak girişimler

Uygulanacak hukuk ve yetkili mahkeme
Bu koşullar Türk hukukuna tabidir. Bu koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketiciler ile tacir veya kamu tüzel kişisi olmayan kullanıcılar bakımından kanunda öngörülen yetki kuralları saklıdır.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The İstanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. For consumers, and for users who are not merchants or public legal entities, the jurisdiction rules set out by law remain reserved.
